When a client books an appointment, they will immediately receive the appointment confirmation by email and SMS. Both will have a summary of the service and links to your intake forms to be completed before the appointment.
Your booking policy, address, and forms are shown under the appointment details in the email confirmations. You can change the minimum notice for rescheduling and cancellations in your scheduling controls. If appointments are rescheduled or canceled
When appointments are rescheduled, we will send your client an email and SMS confirmation with the new appointment details and forms. For cancellations, your client will receive an email and SMS confirmation with a prompt to book again.
